Breathe in the fresh mountain air, feel the silence, enjoy the mountain panorama and discover the tranquility of Berchtesgaden. - We offer you a beautiful vacation apartment in a quiet location, a little away from the hustle and bustle with a wonderful view of the Untersberg.Our house is located at 950 m altitude on the hiking trail to the Roßfeld Panoramastraße. It has a large garden and is the perfect starting point for long walks and mountain tours.We are located slightly away from the center of Berchtesgaden and are easily accessible by car. The center as well as other excursion destinations can be reached in a few minutes drive (center: 10km, Königssee 14km, Salzburg 25km).

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 60 square meters of space for 2-3 people. A large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2mx 1.80m) ensures a restful sleep. In addition, there is a room with a single bed (2mx2m). A bright kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area, couch, TV and fully equipped kitchenette (stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) offers optimal conditions for self-catering.In the bathroom there is a sink, shower and toilet. On the terrace or lawn you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. For children there is a swing, sandbox and slide, parking is possible right next to the house.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from the 7th to the completed 16th year and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
