Our house, in loving Bavarian style is located in a sunny, quiet location. The center of Berchtesgaden, the nearest bus stop (Ostbahnhof) and restaurants are within walking distance. The comfortably furnished vacation apartments are spacious and modern. In the immediate vicinity is the Watzmann-Therme with children's and adult area (sauna). Not far from the vacation apartments is the Berchtesgaden salt mine with healing gallery, the ice skating rink, a sports store (ski rental & bike rental), an event center (canyoning, rafting, high ropes course) and a variety of food markets. Our apartments offer you a good starting point, both in summer for mountain hikers and in winter for skiing and cross-country skiing.You can park directly at the house for free. Two E-charging points (for Type1 and Type2) are available to you around the clock (fee). The entire property has W-Lan.

The comfortable vacation apartment has its own terrace in a quiet location. The pleasant ambience of the apartment invites you to enjoy your stay and feel really comfortable. The high-quality equipment consisting of cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glasses, bed linen and towels are available in sufficient number. Coffee maker (filter & beans), kettle, egg boiler, toaster and cleaning utensils complete the offer. Baby crib and high chair available on request (50,-€/stay). Non-smokers. No pets. Only cash payment on arrival.

Conditions and extras
The above prices do not include the spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change). We ask for cash payment of the entire travel price on arrival on site.In case of cancellation/change of booking please always contact the host in advance by e-mail.
