The house Marienblick is located in a quiet, central location of Berchtesgaden and parking is directly at the house. In a few minutes walk you can reach: the town center, the bus stop, the natural swimming pool Aschauerweiher cross-country and trail center with bathing and Kneipp area, fitness trail, well-groomed cross-country ski trails and an extensive hiking network, the ice stadium, the salt mine, as well as the spa and adventure pool Watzmann - Therme. In summer as well as in winter there are many possibilities for excursions, sightseeing and hiking. For tour suggestions we are at our guests' disposal.

Our vacation apartment No. 4 is located in the attic of the house Marienblick. It has about 35 square meters of living space and is suitable for 2 people. The apartment is modernly furnished and was completely renovated in 2020. The 1-room apartment consisting of a living / dining area and the sleeping area has a fully fitted kitchen with extensive equipment and a bathroom with large walk-in shower.The apartment has WLAN, cable TV and a south-facing balcony. The mentioned prices are plus health resort tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
