In a completely quiet location, but close to the center is our lovingly furnished and equipped with many extras vacation apartment. Large lawn, barbecue area and unobstructed views of Jenner, Watzmann and Hochkalter. Hiking trails and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The almost 40 square metre flat is located in the basement of a listed country house villa. It is situated on a south-facing slope in a completely quiet location and can be reached via a private road. Access to your holiday home is via the large breakfast terrace belonging to the flat. The flat is luxuriously furnished in typical country house style and has a shower room. It has a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a living room with a tiled stove. In the evening you can fold down the two foldaway beds (90 x 190 cm). There is a washing machine in the cellar (free to use). It is also possible to use the sauna for a small fee. In your rooms you will receive free, fast W-LAN. The Waldhofalm garden flat is suitable for a maximum of two adults. One (1) dog is welcome for a fee (10 euros / day). Please provide proof of liability insurance for the animal on arrival.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).fridge service, guided hikes, sauna use.
