Our house is situated in an absolutely quiet, sunny location.The flats are ideal for large families. Thanks to the large dining table and the large terrace in the Kehlstein flat, you can get together in a cosy atmosphere.We can also add a separate toilet for you.As the house is made of wood, you can enjoy a pleasant living climate, although it is not soundproof.From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of our Berchtesgaden mountains. Due to the central location (5 min. to the village), you can also walk to the centre or the bus stop. For your car you will find a parking space directly at the house, in the immediate vicinity you will find a house of the mountains, railway station (15 min), restaurant.

The flat is on the ground floor with a large terrace from where you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with a new bathroom and all modern comforts, in particular kitchen equipment with cooker, fridge and dishwasher. In combination with the Watzmann flat, it is suitable for large families thanks to the large dining table in the living room and the large terrace
