The vacation apartment 1 is located on the 1st floor of our newly renovated house. You live on generous approx. 80 square meters. In the bedroom - which is equipped with bed linen as well as a selection of pillows for you - has a comfortable box spring bed (180x200 cm) and allows you a restful sleep. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a view of the surrounding mountain landscape including the Watzmann. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find many kitchen utensils as well as a dishwasher.The new, modern bathroom - which is equipped with towels and hairdryer for you - has a window, a shower with shallow entry, a washbasin with mirror and illuminated vanity mirror as well as a toilet.You will find a smart TV in the living room and bedroom as well as in the kitchen.Smoking in the accommodation as well as bringing pets is not allowed.
