Arrive, feel at home and enjoy your vacation. It would be our pleasure to welcome you in our family-friendly house in Bergen im Chiemgau! Our house is located in a central, quiet location. Children's playground, baby and toddler equipment, comfortable garden furniture invites you to sit, garden, parking directly at the house. The Hochfelln cable car,the open-air swimming pool and the spa park are easily accessible in 5-10 min.on foot. Bicycle and hiking trails. The Hochfelln ski area, cross-country ski trails and ice rink in the immediate vicinity.

The comfortably furnished apartments on the 1st floor have 1 living room and 1 bedroom. Shower/WC. The living room is equipped with a seating area for 4 people, couch (fold-out), reading lamp with ceiling washer, flat screen TV with satellite connection. In the kitchenette there is a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bedroom has a 3-door mirrored wardrobe and a double bed with a length of 2 meters. (Single beds are not possible). The view from the balcony is of the Hochfelln and the Hochgern. The balcony is equipped with chairs, table as well as a parasol. There is free W-lan at your disposal.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of € 1.10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16. Children and adolescents from the age of 6 to the age of 16, as well as severely disabled persons whose degree of disability is 100 percent: € 0.55. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from spa fees. * Towels are available for a fee.
