Description

The holiday apartment is in the Lüneburger Heide. The entrance is separate on the street side, with a car parking space next to it and access to the garden. As it is on the edge of the village, the apartment affords a wonderful view over meadows as far as the nearby moor and it is just 100 metres to the forest. The apartment is a fully newly converted side wing of a former village school from the year 1878. It measures around 69m², has an open layout on various levels, with two sleeping levels, a sitting corner with a fireplace stove and a bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. The apartment is non-smoking. The property includes a 3000m² site with beautiful mature trees. Everything around the house has been renovated under consideration of the mature trees. Guests who like old houses, but also modern comfort, will feel comfortable here. Opposite there is a well-run farm with 20 cows. Another highlight is a riding farm with ponies less than 250 metres from the apartment. There are other local farms. Bollersen is a lovely little farming village near Bergen/Celle amidst the Lüneburger Heide. The idyll invites you to relax. Lüneburger Heide and especially the Südheide offer a range of activities. It is a paradise for cyclists and nature lovers, as well as those interested in culture. It is worth seeing the lovely Heideklöster Wienhausen and Ebstorf, as well as the towns Lüneburg and Celle. It is easy to get to the Serengeti Safari Park Hodenhagen, the Walsrode bird park and Heidepark Soltau, where there is also an enormous outlet centre. In Bendesdorf there is the Heide Hollywood Film Museum. You can visit the Snow Dome in Bispingen and right next to it the Ralf Schumacher carting track.
