Our house is located in Bergen im Chiemgau on the edge of the Schellenberg (traffic-calmed zone), but central location. 5 minutes walk to the village square and 5 min to the swimming pool. We have two individually furnished, very spacious vacation apartments on the 1st floor of our private house, each with a separate staircase. Parking spaces in front of the house, sitting area by the pond in the garden. Each apartment has satellite TV.Shopping service:Your vacation should begin even before your arrival. If you make us a shopping list, what you want to find in the fridge already on the first evening, we will buy for you.

The apartment (48sqm) is located on the 1st floor of the main house and has a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen and shower / WC. From the balcony (south-west side) you have a clear view of our local mountain, the Hochfelln. The west side can be protected from too strong sun by a large awning. Car parking space is in front of the house on our property. WLAN included. Barbecue area in the garden. Washing machine and dryer for a fee. Living room: sofa group 4 pers, sofa bed 2 pers, sideboard, LCD TV (SAT). Bedroom: double bed 180x200 cm with split reversible mattress with 2 degrees of hardness, 2-door closet. Bed linen included. Kitchen: fitted kitchen with 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, corner bench. Balcony: mountain view in south-west position with seating group for 2 persons and sun awning. Shower with WC: towels included, hairdryer.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of € 1.10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16. Children and young people from the age of 6 until the age of 16, as well as severely disabled persons whose degree of disability is 100 percent: € 0.55. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from spa fees.
