The free parking is directly in front of your door and space for parking bicycles is also available.Environmental description: In Bergen im Chiemgau, at the foot of the Hochfelln and with a direct view of the mountain is our vacation apartment. Ideal starting point for various excursions, whether on foot, by bike or by car. Public transport and an e-filling station for mobility are available for you in the immediate vicinity. Stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Enjoy your vacation in a quiet yet central location.

In the fully equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. The dining area forms the transition into the living area. Here is a wood stove that provides a cozy atmosphere. A spacious living area with flat screen TV, radio and CD player invite you to relax. A selection of books invites you to browse. A washing machine and dryer are available in the separate utility room. Here you will also find other utensils such as vacuum cleaner, ironing board and cleaning supplies, detergent. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet. On the 1st floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed of size 180 x 200 cm. All slatted frames are height adjustable. A sliding door wardrobe provides ample storage space. On the balcony with a magnificent mountain view you can end the day. The bathroom next door has a bathtub, shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, towels and toiletries. W-LAN, bed linen, towels, tea towels are available free of charge. Parking and final cleaning are also included. The apartment is allergy friendly.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 1.10 per person/per day of stay for persons over the age of 16. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16, as well as severely disabled persons whose degree of disability is 100 percent: € 0.55. Children up to the age of 6 are free of spa fees. Washing machine or dryer per load / filling 5,00 € usage fee.
