The Basement-Apartment is in a house (for two families). This is a beautyful and quiet region of South Berlin. There are good connections to the airport of "Berlin Schönefeld", near surrounding of Berlin and to the city-center (via bus, underground station and rapid-transit railway). This visitors can use some parts of the garden. There are some chairs and a barbecue (please ask the landlord for the barbecue) for using.In Berlin the senate charges a tax of 5% of the travel price.
