It has about 36m² of living space and an American kitchen equipped with a sink, fridge, electric stove and oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and a complete set of tableware and cookware, as well as a dining table with three chairs. The living room provides a pull-out double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a stereo system and satellite TV. A supplementary bed can be provided for a child. There is a separate room with a further bed. There is a wardrobe in the entrance area. The separate bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and WC. The bungalow is on a garden site very close to the waterfront (Grosse Krampe). In front of the entrance there is a roofed terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The holiday bungalow was renovated in March 2019. It is 15 minutes to the city centre Berlin-Köpenick, 30 minutes to Berlin-Mitte, all by public transport. There are several places to swim nearby, accessible by car, on foot or by bike. It is 3 minutes to the forest with a variety of hiking trails and 5 minutes on foot to the historical Berlin-Müggelhem with several restaurants, a petrol station and three supermarkets, as well as a bus stop. It is a 20-mintue walk to the Müggelturm on the Müggelberge. The Großer Mügggelberg is the highest elevation in Berlin. 09/Z/AZ/001545-18
