Description

The pleasant holiday house, surrounded by forests and water, is in the Köpenick district in the Müggelheim area. The holiday bungalow was converted and newly renovated in 2014. It has about 36m² of living space and an American kitchen equipped with a sink, fridge, electric stove and oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and a complete set of tableware and cookware, as well as a dining table with three chairs. The living room provides a pull-out double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a stereo system and satellite TV. A supplementary bed can be provided for a child. There is a separate room with a further bed. There is a wardrobe in the entrance area. The separate bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and WC. The bungalow is on a garden site very close to the waterfront (Grosse Krampe). In front of the entrance there is a roofed terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The holiday bungalow was renovated in March 2019. It is 15 minutes to the city centre Berlin-Köpenick, 30 minutes to Berlin-Mitte, all by public transport. There are several places to swim nearby, accessible by car, on foot or by bike. It is 3 minutes to the forest with a variety of hiking trails and 5 minutes on foot to the historical Berlin-Müggelhem with several restaurants, a petrol station and three supermarkets, as well as a bus stop. It is a 20-mintue walk to the Müggelturm on the Müggelberge. The Großer Mügggelberg is the highest elevation in Berlin. 09/Z/AZ/001545-18
