Welcome to our farm. Our farm berfindetin single location and beautiful surroundings between Bernau and Aschau. Directly from the farm you can go hiking to the Kampenwand and cozy alpine huts.Other activities in the vicinity:- indoor swimming pool 'BernaMare', mini golf, lido, Chiemsee boat trip (in the summer months)and tennisin Bernau- about 3 km toKampenwandbahn with ski area, sledding and hiking area- indoor swimming pool Prienavera about 4km.

Bright, spacious and barrier-free vacation apartment in new guest house. The entrance is at ground level and the doors are at least 90 cm wide. From the kitchen-cum-living room, which is partly accessible by wheelchair and has a raised dishwasher and refrigerator, you can reach the terrace. The terrace is also without steps. Bedroom with window to the floor and a turning circle of min. 150 cm. One of the two existing bathrooms is barrier-free: Bathtub, washbasin height adjustable with grab bars, level shower with folding chair. Semmelservice possible. There is a parking lot directly in front of the house. In one bedroom is a double bed, in the second bedroom are two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms. In the smaller bathroom is a shower, a toilet and sink and a towel dryer. The accessible bathroom has a bathtub, a height-adjustable sink with a tilting mirror, and grab bars next to the sink. The ground-level shower has a movement area of at least 1.50 m. The shower walls can be folded outwards or inwards. There is a folding chair and grab bars in the shower. The shower toilet has a hair dryer function and the temperature of the water can also be regulated. Next to the toilet are handholds, which can also be folded upwards. The lounge and the terrace are also wheelchair accessible. I am happy to bring rolls on request, dispose of your garbage and bring your laundry to the basement for washing. - If you wish so.

Conditions and extras
Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
