Welcome to Wastelbauerhof!Our fully managed farm is located very quiet, idyllic and in an unspoiled nature, about three kilometers from Lake Chiemsee. You can easily reach the Chiemsee on a beautiful foot and bike path. Directly from the farm you can go on challenging or family-friendly hiking and moutenbike tours as the mood takes you. Children will feel completely at home at the Wastelbauerhof. A large playground with climbing tower slide, swing, seesaw, large trampoline, sandbox and merry-go-round, invites you to romp around and have fun. Even a whole pedal tractor fleet and various kettkarts are ready for the children and waiting for a race. Many different animals such as cows, ponies, cats, rabbits, ducks, etc. are there to love and pet. We are also happy to take the children to drive a tractor, milk or feed the animals and with luck there is even the possibility to experience a calf birth up close.

In our newly built outbuilding there are two large vacation apartments on the upper floor, each with 75 sqm and a beautiful exposed roof truss. The apartment Edelweiss has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy sitting area, a pull-out couch, a flat screen TV and of course a spacious bathroom. From the living area you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun on your own balcony (approx. 15n sqm) and have a beautiful view of the Chiemgau mountains. Free WLAN.

Conditions and extras
With our guest card you are allowed to use the Chiemseering bus line as well as the bus connection RVO 9502 free of charge during the operating hours. Info spa tax: The spa tax is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered as full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
