New, exclusive and lovingly furnished apartments with a very special ambience await you in our 2019 newly built farmhouse. You can reach our vacation apartment in the outbuilding via a separate entrance. The hiking and biking trails to the Kampenwand or Hochplatten area start directly in front of the house. The Chiemsee Park Bernau/Felden is only 5 minutes away by car. Enjoy the peace and enjoy the very special places around our farm. Let us surprise you, there is much to discover! Our newly furnished apartment "Waldzauber" is located on the 1st floor of the annex built in 2011 and is accessible via a separate entrance. On the west-facing balcony you can enjoy the view of Lake Chiemsee, the orchard and the adjacent forest in the evening sun. Our W-LAN is available to you free of charge. If you prefer to spend your stay without cell phone & Co., we will be happy to switch off the W-LAN signal for you.

Conditions and extras
On our farm you can discover our oxen, chickens - under the supervision of Gockel "Sepp", our sheep and rabbits. Maybe you can pet one of our kittens? If our chickens have been busy, you can get your breakfast egg directly from the nest.Other extras: Semmelservice, Schmankerlkastl with farm and regional products, drinks fridge, fireplace, nature playground, alpine baskets, WLAN free of charge.Info spa fee:The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
