Our house is located on one of the most beautiful places in Bernau from where you can enjoy a beautiful unobstructed panoramic view. In addition, you have a wonderful view of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. We are located very quietly on a hill above the village, but still central of Bernau am Chiemsee. Stores and inns are all within walking distance. In summer you can use the extensive network of biking and hiking trails of the region directly from our house. In addition, with your guest card (available from us) you may use our bus connections free of charge. A special service is the Chiemsee bike/hiking ring bus line, which you may also use free of charge. You will receive further discounts depending on the season and on request from us. Experience our Chiemgau winter with all its facets. In addition to winter hiking trails and Christmas markets (e.g. Advent market on Fraueninsel), we are located as a central starting point to the major alpine ski centers such as Ski amadé, Kitzbühel, Reit im Winkl, Kössen, St. Johann, Hohe Salve. For the friends of nordic sports our cross-country skiing tracks in the village (about 40 km) or the nearby tracks in the Priental as well as in the neighboring Kaiserwinkl await you.

Enjoy your vacation in our new, very well equipped vacation apartment. In the morning you can have your first coffee on the 4m² large east balcony with a view of the Chiemsee and the town of Bernau. Also the 18m² south balcony with comfortable garden furniture invites you to sunbathe. Even while showering in the large exclusive bathroom you can let your view wander over Bernau. The living room is comfortable and chic furnished. Here they have a folding couch with a lying surface of 160x200cm for a 3rd person. The functional, modern kitchen is equipped with all the extras. There, a small counter with 2 bar stools rounds off the ambience of this wonderful vacation apartment.

Conditions and extras
Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The applicable statutory value-added tax is included in the spa fee.
