Our newly renovated vacation home is located quietly and yet centrally on the outskirts of Bernau. The 5 apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, flat screen TV, safe, furnished with stylish furniture from the carpenter udn all have south-facing balcony or terrace with views of the mountains. In addition, all have a washing machine, dryer, garden use, bicycle garage and ample parking. Baker and supermarket are not far from our vacation home. Many cycling and hiking trails can be started directly from the front door. The lido at the Chiemsee is easily accessible by bike. In winter, if there is enough snow, the entrance to a cross-country ski trail is only 50 m away. The ski areas of Steinplatte, Hochkössen, St. Johann can also be reached in 30-45 min.

Our newly renovated vacation home Chiemsee Hauszeit is quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Bernau. The apartment is comfortably furnished for you with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony with views of the mountains and custom-made furniture. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with separate beds. Our HAUszeit also offers a large garden with sun loungers, a bicycle garage, washing machine and dryer for all and plenty of parking. Baker, supermarket and swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance. Lake Chiemsee is also not far away. The cycling and hiking trails start at the front door.

Conditions and extras
The registration and deregistration takes place at the Hotel Bonnschlössl, Ferdinand-Bonn-Str. 2, 83233 Bernau Info Spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily fee per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days count as full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The applicable value added tax is included in the spa fee.
