Your hosts Martina and Hubert LechnerThe chalet is located in the guesthouse Lechner between Chiemsee and Kampenwand,newly built in wooden construction from local woods with space for 3 people and comfortable equipment (two separate bedrooms, underfloor heating, tiled stove, private airpool, fully equipped kitchen with Cafissimo capsule machine, oven, dishwasher). Our chalet at the nut tree in the orchard with view into the valley leaves nothing to be desired. Underfloor heating and tiled stove provide cozy warmth. Sparkling water from the rain shower with ground-level access and your own air pool with a view of the valley will pamper you from head to toe. The natural wood from our own forest provides a pleasant living feeling. Our stone pine bedroom ensures a restful and relaxed sleep. Parking lot at the house.Our non-smoking chalet is equipped allergy-friendly, so bringing pets is not allowed. Breakfast can be booked on request.

Facilities- 46sqm living space ground floor and first floor up to 3 persons- South and east-facing terrace made of larch wood with bench and table- 1 bedroom on the ground floor made of Swiss stone pine with chequered bed linen, full-length mirror and TV- 1 sleeping loft on the upper floor- 1 bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer,make-up mirror, bathroom radiator and underfloor heating- Airpool for relaxing on the upper floor- 1 separate WC- Living and dining area with sofa, tiled stove incl. firewood, underfloor heating and TV- Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Cafissimo capsule machine, kettle and toaster- Towels and tea towels available- Sat-TV- W-LAN (currently still under construction)Breakfast available on request and for an extra charge.

Conditions and extras
Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
