The light-flooded and modern vacation apartment is located in the heart of Bernau directly at the spa gardens and near the train station. Lake Chiemsee with the Bernau lido can be reached in 2.3 km, the indoor swimming pool BernaMare is 800 m away and the Kampenwandbahn is 8 km away. The nearest golf course is 8 km away.You can reach the train station in 500 m and explore Munich or Salzburg in 1 hour by car. The bakery and grocery store is around the corner and cafes and restaurants variously available in the village. Here you can experience Bavaria as it is most beautiful.

Close to the Chiemsee, the centrally and quietly located light-flooded vacation apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. It has a bedroom with comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower bath and a large living area with kitchenette. On the comfortable box spring sofa bed (for sleeping 1.60 m wide with topper) or in the relax chair you can end the day. The two balconies invite you to enjoy the sun and the view of the spa gardens or to watch the nesting stork family. Electric grill available. We have newly furnished the apartment and it is very important to us that you feel comfortable with us and enjoy the most beautiful time of the year. The apartment is located in the attic with a separate staircase. For small children no special safety precautions available!

No parties allowed!Please note that the apartment is equipped for max. 4 persons only. Info Kurbeitrag:Kurbeitrag is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
