Description

Enjoy your "OUT time” in beautiful Chiemgau, here with us in the idyllic Hittenkirchen district. Our newly built house is located on the outskirts of town in a quiet location.
Small-scale farming is carried out on a part-time basis. You can still find animals such as chickens, sheep, cattle and a cat here. Our two comfortably, modernly furnished
holiday apartments can be reached on the top floor with their own entrance. The balcony invites you to linger, here you will find a wonderful view of the Chiemgau Alps and
over Lake Chiemsee. The advantageous location allows for numerous leisure activities. It is only a few minutes by car to Chiemsee and the Kampenwandbahn. Of course, you can
also set off into nature from here by bike or on foot. We look forward to welcoming you.

The new holiday apartment "Heublume” is located on the top floor with a north-east orientation. The apartment is decorated
in subtle, pleasant colors to ensure peace and relaxation. There are two separate bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed, and
the possibility of setting up a baby bed. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower. The eat-in kitchen has a fully
equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, dining area, TV and sofa. From here you have direct access to the balcony, where you
can enjoy the wonderful view of the Chiemgau Alps and over Lake Chiemsee. Bed and table linen, towels and children's
equipment are of course included. WiFi included. Washing machine and dryer are available in the common area.

Conditions and extras
Info spa fee: The spa tax is not included in the travel price. Daily amount per person is €1.50. Partial days count as full days. The days of arrival and departure are each
calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16, business travelers and holders of a severely disabled person's card with a disability of 90% or
more and their necessary accompanying person are exempt from paying the spa tax. The applicable statutory VAT is included in the spa fee.
