Our vacation apartment in the heart of Bernau and not far from Lake Chiemsee is ideal for those who love it central and comfortable.The living room is very spacious and has a high-quality, open kitchen and a large window front (floor-to-ceiling). The living room is adjoined by a spacious, semi-covered terrace, from which you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain range.42-inch flat TV and high-speed WLAN connection are mandatory. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, there is an oven, a separate microwave and an induction stove, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator and freezer. It is also equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining area invites you to enjoy a cozy get-together. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. In addition, there is a large closet in each of the bedrooms. The spacious bathroom with shower also contains a washer-dryer.

Conditions and extras
Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
