On the outskirts of Bernau, about 3 km to the Chiemsee beach in a dreamlike, sunny location in the midst of rural flower meadows stands our lovable, former farmhouse still original from the year 1850 made of clay and stone.Large farm garden with sun loungers, lounge and many shady places with free view into the valley. Facilities: DZ/FEWOS with balcony/terrace Du/WC, seating area, couch, flat screen TV, free W-LAN, natural wood floors, restored farmhouse furniture from the turn of the century. Covered beds with checkered bed linen.Special features: regional breakfast buffet in the Bauerstube at the tiled stove or in the pavilion in the farm garden on the flower meadow. Breakfast is included in the price of the rooms. On request and for an extra charge (15,-EUR per person/day) breakfast can also be booked for the apartments. Directly in front of the house hiking trails to the Kampenwand or to the bike tour around the Chiemsee. Packages, parking at the house, no pets, bicycle garage, non-smoking house. Bicycle rental.

The very bright, very cozy vacation apartment "Taubenschlag" in a former farmhouse is the haven of peace in the house. A real wood floor with newly renovated old wood furniture from the turn of the century invite you to feel good. Enjoy from the bedroom window a fantastic view of the foothills of the Alps and the cultivated meadows of our farmers. In the very bright living room with original old wooden beams is a new designer couch with large flat screen satellite TV as well as a dining table with 2 farmhouse wooden chairs. The solid wood kitchenette is equipped with oven and 4 plate ceramic hob, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle - nothing is missing. Breakfast can be booked on request and for an extra charge (15€ p.p/day). WC, shower, toiletries, hairdryer, towel dryer, towels. An attic apartment with combined living-bedroom, double bed with checkered farmhouse bedding, heating, radio and free HOTSPLOTS. In the farm garden are sun loungers for you on our new wooden terrace, non-smoking, barbecue facilities, no pets. This apartment has no balcony or terrace.

Conditions and extras
Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
