The apartments are quietly located, yet everything is within walking distance. To the bathing beach Chiemseepark Felden you walk the hiking trail along the Bernauer Ache and the Birkenallee. Chiemeepark Felden has something for all ages, playground for the little ones, volleyball court, lido with kiosk and boat rental. The Bernau town center with restaurants and shopping can also be reached quickly on foot or by bike. From the accommodation you can directly start cycling or mountain tours. The castle on the Herreninsel can be reached in summer with the Chiemseeschifffahrt directly from the Chiemseepark Felden. The train station is also within walking distance. There are hourly trains in the direction of Salzburg or Munich.

A generously sized apartment with 90m² in the attic awaits you, offering plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. Start your day with a cozy breakfast and enjoy the magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains from the beautiful west balcony. The vacation apartment has two bedrooms, one of them with an east balcony. In the living room there is a cozy seating area and an extra sofa bed for a 5th person with TV. The functional kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a cozy dining area. The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a toilet. In the large storage room you have the possibility to store your luggage temporarily. An in-house parking lot is provided free of charge. Free W-LAN is available in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
