Description
We are implementing increased disinfection measures. Showers are treated with chlorine. Bedding is washed with Sarotan. Spray the important contact surfaces with disinfectant. Gallery house on green estate. Our accommodation offers a modern romantic flair. 2017 renovated gallery house 100sqm on 2 High-quality gallery house with terrace and barbecue in a green setting, enjoy convivial evenings and cosy get-togethers with friends or in the circle of the family, use the ideal starting point for exploring North Rhine-Westphalia. We provide accommodation on a daily basis. Unfortunately, permanent use is not possible due to personal use.

The modern house is located on a green estate and a pleasant ambience in Bochum with excellent connections to airports, train and bus.
The newly renovated gallery house is modernly furnished and offers a modern and romantic flair on approx. 100m² and two floors. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to all the important utensils for self-catering you will also find a dishwasher, a toaster, a JURA espresso machine, an induction stove, a baking oven and much more. before. The light-flooded dining area in the gallery invites you to eat together and to socialize. The gallery house is not a party house. Music only possible in the house. In the gallery you can find free 150 Mbit Internet/WIFI. Adjacent to the gallery is the living room with a corner couch and a 60'' LED TV. The couch can also be used as a sleeping accommodation for one person. It is also possible to set up an air bed (95x200cm). On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. The open gallery area is not air-conditioned but heated. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. Bed linen and towels are already included in the rental price.
The green property is not visibly fenced in. There are one parking spaces available here. An electric gate opener for the property is waiting for you. A terrace with a Weber Gas Grill (May - September) is not only inviting for convivial evenings. The location in the countryside means that the possibilities of retreat and privacy are very much appreciated.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house. However, smoking is allowed in the garden or on the terrace. The rental is for 4 persons at the basic price, but it is possible to accommodate up to 7 persons in double beds. The other sleeping accommodations are then partly on additional air beds. Please note that the house will be narrower if there are more than eight people. However, comfort is then limited.

Due to the ideal location you have a good connection to all major cities in North Rhine-Westphalia such as Bochum, Essen, Dortmund, Cologne, Düsseldorf.

Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cutlery box, espresso machine, etc. and all surfaces of the kitchen must be clean. Please keep dishes and cutlery clean and dry in the cupboards.
