Description

The apartment renovated in 2015 is on the first floor of the house and is accessed up outdoor stairs. The 70m² apartment can accommodate four adults and one child. The light entrance accessed from the terrace leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and dining corner. Next to it, separated off by a fireplace stove, there is the light living room with comfortable wicker furniture, a sofa bed (2 x 90cm wide) and a flatscreen satellite TV. The spacious bathroom has a bath and an integrated shower. The two cosy bedrooms are next to each other. The first is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with a smaller double bed (140 x 200cm). A travel bed can be provided on request. Each room of the apartment has radiators and, in addition, there is the fireplace stove between the kitchen and the living room. The Internet connection has a speed of 100 Mbit/s. The 24m² roof terrace provides garden furniture and affords a beautiful view over fields and meadows. On request a basket of firewood is offered by the owner for free.
