Light-flooded two-family house, with lovingly maintained garden. Barbecue facilities on the lawn reserved for vacation guests. Quiet, central location in the old town center of Brannenburg. Parking space and e-charging station for cars. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed and the garden barbecue can be used in the garden. Good starting point for walks and hikes directly from the house. 3 minutes walk to the Veramed clinic. Freeway connection Brannenburg 1,5 km away. Food market with sausage and meat department and bakery with cafe within 5 minutes walking distance. Children's playgrounds with various playground equipment in the immediate vicinity.
The non-smoking vacation apartment (93 sqm) on the 1st floor with its own entrance offers enough space for 4 people. A special ambience is offered by the well insulated exposed roof truss treated with pine oil, which rests on the naturally whitewashed walls. The apartment is furnished with a double room and 2 single rooms. Bed linen is provided. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and various kitchen appliances. Next door is a small pantry. In the living room the dining group is placed in front of the panoramic window with mountain view. The living room is equipped with a brick tiled stove and a corner couch group with table. SAT-TV, flat screen HD-TV, SAT stereo with CD, DVD player, W-LAN and safe are available. The living room lighting is also dimmable. In the bathroom is a double sink, bathtub, shower and the toilet, towels are provided. In addition, a travel crib and a baby high chair are available. An additional toilet is located in the living part of the apartment. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for a 14-day stay. The rooms can be darkened by external blinds. The covered southeast balcony terrace with seating area is accessible from the living room. The north-west balcony is accessible from the bedrooms. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Great mountain views of Heuberg, Samerberg, Hochries, Riesenkopf and Sulzberg. For allergic reasons please do not bring pets.
