The two-family house is centrally located in a quiet and sunny area. There is a private parking space for the car. The train station is only about 5 minutes walk away. Enjoy the mountain view on the lawn, or relax in the comfortable garden chairs Good starting point for walks and hikes directly from the house. Also for bicycle tours along the Inn River or in the Rosenheimer Land, our vacation apartment is ideally suited as a starting point. The 1.838 m high Wendelstein can be reached comfortably with the rack railroad. It is a 30-minute walk to the Wendelstein cogwheel train valley station. Also interesting are the cultural walks and the nature adventure trail directly in the village of Brannenburg. The Kaiser Mountains can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The towns of Rosenheim, Kufstein and Lake Chiemsee are in the immediate vicinity. Munich, Innsbruck and Salzburg are about an hour away by car.

The cozy non-smoking vacation apartment with 42sqm is equipped for up to 3 people. The apartment is located with its own entrance on the mezzanine floor. In the entrance area is the small hallway with wardrobe, shoe cabinet and mirror. The bedroom with double bed and extra bed are furnished with wooden furniture. A crib can be provided upon request. Fully equipped kitchen, electric stove 4 plates and oven and refrigerator with 3***freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. For the lounge and dining area is an upholstered corner bench and a large table and satellite TV available. Bed linen, towels are available. Washbasin, shower, bathtub and WC.
