Bettina's house is located in the quiet district of Milbing about 20 minutes walk southwest of the village center. The house has two identically cut 2-room apartments with dining kitchen (each 51 sqm). In 2020, extensive renovation measures were carried out and thus the house is now on a modern standard. WLAN 50 Mbit, cable connection and solar-assisted gas central heating. The original charm of an almost 90 year old house was worked out and preserved. The garage with e-charging station offers the possibility to store a vehicle as well as bicycles taken along (extra charge). The beautiful approx. 550 m² garden with hot water garden shower opens in southwest direction towards a dreamlike mountain scenery surrounding the Wendelstein. The Wendelstein cogwheel railroad is within easy walking distance. The distances for stores for daily needs are max. 15 minutes walk. There are excellent bakeries and butchers as well as an old Kramerladen - small supermarket.

The cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and its associated west terrace (about 30 m²) has views of the Wendelstein mountain massif. The cozy 51 m² apartment consists of the dining kitchen with custom-made seating area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with double bed (1.80x1.90m lying area) living room with high-quality folding sofa bed (lying area 1.60 x 2.00m), wood-burning stove and flat screen TV, bathroom with shower-bath, hairdryer and ample storage space, hallway with wardrobe. Special highlight is the exposed and renovated original spruce parquet. Soft and with creaking sounds, it creates a special level of coziness.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children who have not yet reached the age of 16 and severely disabled persons from 80 GdB: EUR 0.00. Spa fee for severely disabled from 50 GdB to under 80 GdB: EUR 0,75. Garage price per night 5,00 €.
