Description

The holiday house is on a quiet residential estate that was newly completed in 2016. The property is right by the Kurpark in Breege-Juliusruh and only about 300 metres from the white sandy Baltic Sea beach. The comfortable holiday house in a Scandinavian style provides around 120m² of living space, spread over two fully-heated floors. The underfloor heating installed throughout exudes a cosy atmosphere. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, an adjoining generous living and dining room with a fireplace stove and modern electronics. A waffle maker and a raclette grill round off the modern built-in kitchen. Firewood for using the fireplace can be booked in addition for a fee or be purchased locally. The ground floor has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. A sauna can be used free of charge, adjoining the bathroom. The upper floor comprises three individually furnished bedrooms and a further bathroom with a shower, bath, double washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and a child’s bed. One of them has a cot (60 x 120cm), the other a children’s travel bed (65 x 125cm). The third bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide). The property has a child-friendly interior and has a selection of children’s toys and a safety gate on the stairs, as well as two highchairs for use free of charge. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer for use free of charge, along with an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. The fully enclosed outdoor area includes a ca. 50m² wooden terrace with seating and a garden for your own exclusive use. There is a wooden table on the terrace with a corner bench and chairs, four loungers, two parasols and a hammock. A children’s swing, a children’s bench and bicycle stands round off the child-friendly facilities. There is a grill in the garden for leisurely grill evenings. The ca. 500m² site has a lockable garden shed with a hand cart and beach toys. There are three private outdoor car parking spaces. Free wireless Internet access is available. There is a little grocery shop with a bakery section about 600 metres away. The nearest supermarket is about 2km away. The Wittow peninsula is the northernmost part of the island Rügen and is delimited by the Baltic Sea, the Wieker Bodden and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. From here you can take a boat to th Störtebeker Festspiele and to Hiddensee. Kap Arkona can be explored by bicycle along natural paths. The Schaabe 8km-long sandy beach invites you to go swimming, to play and relax.
