Description

This holiday house has just been completed and is available from 1 July 2017, offering you the right combination of individuality, cosiness and luxury. It is suitable for six people plus a baby. Not only is the interior good, but also the location, just 350 metres from the beach by the Kurpark, on a small residential street in Breege/Juliusruh. The terrace faces south and south-west and provides a garden table and chairs, a parasol and a grill, as well as a lovely, chic and extra wide canopy beach chair. The garden and the whole site can be used by guests. The hand cart and two so-called baker’s bicycles are kept in the garden shed, so you do not have to walk to fetch rolls in the morning. Two cars can be parked on site. The house of around 98m² comprises a generous living and dining room, a high-quality kitchen with everything you could wish for, a sauna bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes stand, and a little workspace under the stairs. Everything is set up for at least six people. It is equipped with a raclette and fondue set, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, glasses (wine, champagne, beer). The dishwasher takes care of the washing up. The owners picked up lovely decorative items whilst strolling through galleries and art shops. The house is also equipped with the best technology. It has underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, digital cable TV, a DVD player, a radio and CD player, and plenty of plugs to charge mobiles. A fireplace stove and sauna are available for the colder season, perfect after an autumn or winter walk on the beach. The stairs to the upper floor are elegant and there is a child safety gate. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms. The first has a double bed 180 x 200cm, a second TV set to avoid arguments on holiday, and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200cm, the third has two single beds 90 x 200cm. A junior travel bed and highchair are available. Children are welcome here, so we offer a selection of toys and books, as well as a hand cart and beach toys. The upper floor also has a large bathroom with a bath, WC and double washbasin. The island Rügen is worth a trip in any season. The Wittow peninsula is the northernmost part of the island and is delineated by the Baltic Sea, the Wieker Bodden and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. From here you can take a boat to Hiddensee and the Störtebeker festival. You can cycle to Kap Arkona along natural paths. The unique Schaabe sandy beach over eight kilometres long invites you to swim, play and relax. There are some really good restaurants and bars nearby (steakhouse, pizzeria, tapas etc.) within walking distance, so you do not always have to cook. You should also visit the fishmonger in the Breege harbour. Note that during the 2017 season there may still be building work on the street, which is why we are offering special prices for this season. During the main season, the house is only available from 18.00 if arriving on Sunday, owing to the cleaning. On other days, the house is available between 15.00 and 16.00.
