Directly on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, near the lake is the "home" of the Gelderstadl, a former rural estate with its adjacent orchard. Look forward to a fantastic panoramic view from the Wendelstein over the Kampenwand to the Salzburg Alps. Enjoy in our two apartments ("hayloft" and "grain box") an extraordinary atmosphere with great attention to detail. Let the day end in a cozy atmosphere and a view into our wine cellar, with candlelight and a glass of wine at the open fireplace, in the vault of the former bakery. Use our home for your celebration with family and friends.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Gelderstadel home. The 54 square meters are divided into a bedroom with TV, a living room with breakfast kitchen, equipped with an espresso-cappucino machine with milk frother, egg boiler, taoster and kettle. In the bathroom there is the toilet and a brick shower, as well as towels and hairdryer. Bed and table linen is also on site.

Conditions and extras
