Directly on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, near the lake is the "home" of the Gelderstadl, a former rural estate with its adjacent orchard. Look forward to a fantastic panoramic view from the Wendelstein over the Kampenwand to the Salzburg Alps. Enjoy in our two apartments ("hayloft" and "grain box") an extraordinary atmosphere with great attention to detail. Let the day end in a cozy atmosphere and a view into our wine cellar, with candlelight and a glass of wine at the open fireplace, in the vault of the former bakery. Use our home for your celebration with family and friends.

The apartment has 56sqm and is located on the 2nd floor of the home. It is divided into a living/sleeping area with TV and digital radio of a breakfast kitchen with sitting area, equipped with an espresso-cappucino machine with milk frother, egg boiler, taoster and kettle. In the bathroom there is the toilet and a brick shower, as well as towels and hairdryer. Bed and table linen is also on site.

Conditions and extras
