Welcome to our new vacation apartments CHIEMSEE-LEBEN! Only 500 m from the shore of Lake Chiemsee, our three vacation apartments are centrally located in the picturesque village of Breitbrunn. With us you will find three spacious apartments with exclusive, high-quality furnishings with great attention to detail. Separate bedrooms with two bathrooms, large terraces for plenty of space to feel good. All our apartments are equipped with SAT-TV, W-Lan, telephone, hairdryer, cosmetic and hygiene products and a bathroom radio. All local attractions can be reached easily and quickly on foot. In addition, a fully automatic coffee machine, terrace with WEBER gas grill series Q, garage space, parking space for bikes and a recreation room with foosball (large FeWos) are available. You can also rent Stand UP paddleboards from us. As a welcome greeting, a fresh fruit basket and chilled drinks await you, so that your vacation can start perfectly.

The vacation apartment "Erholen" extends over two floors. On the second floor you will find a spacious Werkhaus kitchen with stainless steel work surfaces and a cooking island with BORA induction hob and seating. You don't have to do without anything in this kitchen. A dishwasher (dishwasher tabs and detergent incl.), hot air oven, microwave, kettle as well as a toaster, raclette and of course a fully automatic coffee machine are available here. Also basic spices like salt, pepper, sugar and others are ready for you. In the same room there is also a comfortable couch and the TV set. On the same floor there is a double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. In addition, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer. Toiletries such as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo as well as a bathroom radio are of course available. For cozy hours outdoors, nothing stands in your way on the beautiful, sunny terrace with barbecue area. In the attic there is also a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, which makes children's hearts beat faster. Equipped with a foosball table and Xbox, this room can also be used as another recreation room. An additional bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub as well as hairdryer and all toiletries can also be found on the ground floor. Coffee beans and washing powder are available for a fee.

Bringing a dog is only allowed in the apartments "Living" and "Enjoying".It is recommended to have a travel cancellation insurance when booking.CURBEITRAGE FROM 2023: The above prices are plus spa tax of 1.50 EUR per person/day for adults, children under 16 are exempt.
