Here you will stay in a beautiful, quiet cottage (semi-detached) in a neat country style. Outside you will find two fully equipped terraces with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue. From the balcony on the second floor you have a wonderful view of the surroundings and the garden. The Chiemsee bathing beach is only about 5 minutes away for you, as well as the Chiemsee shore path for bike tours or walks directly at the lake.

Spacious rooms await you, divided on the first floor into a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining area, oven, dishwasher, toaster, bread slicer as well as a microwave. Also on the ground floor is the cozy living room with tiled stove and seating area. From here you also have access to the large furnished terraces with barbecue and lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the first floor. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double bed await you, connected by a continuous balcony with balcony furniture. The bathroom on the second floor is equipped with a shower, toilet and a corner bathtub. Of course, free W-LAN is available in our house.
