Chiemsee-Ferienhaus Schlegel:After a perhaps long journey, a small, chilled welcome awaits you and the sports equipment is already waiting for your use. E.g. take the bike and the stand-up paddle directly to the lido and start the first round at the Chiemsee. Of course, bed linen and towels are available for all vacation guests. The semi-detached house is located in the local area of Breitbrunn, only 800 m away from the Chiemsee shore. The house offers on 190 sqm (incl. studio apartment 45 sqm and second kitchen) you spacious rooms for up to 8 people. On the terrace with electric awning, a comfortable seating with relax chair you will find time to relax. You are welcome to use the hobby room located in the basement with 8ft pool table, a table tennis table, foosball (tournament level), as well as electronic dartboard. You are also welcome to bring your pet to the cottage. In addition, there is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room.

The vacation house extends over 4 floors. On the first floor you will find a spacious hallway, a very well equipped kitchen with large dining area, a cozy living room with couch, TV and another dining table and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, as well as a large bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 1 offers a classic double bed and access to the balcony, bedroom 2 is equipped with a French bed of 1.40 m and bedroom 3 with a French. Bed of 1,60 m. Bedroom 3 has its own small bathroom with shower / WC. In the attic there is a cozy studio with a balcony, its own kitchen and a large work/desk, as well as TV and DVD. The sofa bed located there offers ideal space for max. 2 children. In the basement you will find a hobby room with 8ft pool table, table tennis table , foosball (tournament level), as well as an electronic dartboard and in the laundry room a washing machine and dryer. In addition, you are welcome to use the sports equipment belonging to the house, such as stand-up paddle, inflatable boat and three bicycles (not roadworthy) and picnic chairs free of charge.

PAYMENT NOTE: After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the booking price is due. Please pay the remaining amount of the booking sum at the latest 2 weeks before departure.DEPOSIT: We ask you to pay a deposit of 200,- Euro in cash when you receive the keys. This will be returned to you upon departure, after a positive inspection of the rental property.CURBEITRAGE FROM 2023: The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of 1.50 EUR per person/day for adults, children under 16 are exempt.
