Arrive and feel good - this promises you our vacation apartment, completed in the summer of 2021, in a detached two-family house, on the second floor.In our vacation apartment for 2-4 people, an unusual mix of craftsmanship and our passion for beautiful things awaits you. Carpenter doors, wooden floors, design-affine pieces of furniture, a high-quality equipment makes our vacation apartment for you to your very personal retreat.The living area has a comfortable leather chair, a large sofa with footrest, a dining table and a large LG 55 inch flat screen TV with wall mount. In the change of seasons, our spacious south-facing balcony, to enter from the living - as well as from the bedroom, offers you a fantastic view of Lake Chiemsee and the panoramic view of the Alps - is unbeatable.- Entrance area with hallway and wardrobe- fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator + freezer, including coffee & tea, salt, pepper, sugar, flour. Dishwashing liquid & dishwashing tabs are provided by us- bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink- separate toilet incl. hand soap & cosmetic towels. Towels and bed linen are also included in the price.- Bedroom - south side with double bed 180 x 200 cm.

HEALTH RESORT FEE FROM 2023: The above prices are plus spa tax 1,50 EUR per person/day for adults, children under 16 years are exempt.
