Burgau is located on the A8 motorway between Augsburg and Ulm. It is 5 to 10 minutes from the Burgau exit to us.
Burgau itself is a small town with 10,000 inhabitants at the "Mindel" river, which flows into the Danube a few kilometers further. The Danube cycle path can be easily reached from us via Offingen via modern cycle paths. The Legoland in Günzburg is only one motorway exit or about 15 minutes away. Günzburg itself with its historic old town is also worth a visit. If you want to visit the Albertus Magnus town of Lauingen and the neighboring town of Dillingen at the Danube, they can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes. Burgau itself, with its historic town center - which includes the town gate, the castle, the town parish church and several other historical buildings - invites you to visit. Several cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants offer culinary delicacies.

The "Burgauer FeWo" is a cozy ground floor apartment with in the size of approx. 55 square meters within a three-party house. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020.

The kitchen with dining area is the first thing that catches your eye when you enter the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator and a small oven. A kettle, French press and toaster are also available. There is enough storage space for grocerys and other things.

The spacious living room with a sofa bed offers the possibility that two more people can sleep on it. The television with satellite TV is on a larger cabinet that offers some more storage space. In addition, the front garden can be entered directly from the living room via an outside door.

A comfortable box-spring double bed has been placed in the bedroom. A privacy screen and a roller shutter provide privacy and light protection on all windows and doors as required.

The bathroom with a barrier-free and spacious shower, wash basin and toilet can be entered through a sliding glass door. Hair dryer, towels and basic bathroom accessories are provided. A washing machine and a drying rack are available.

Parking in front of the house on the public road is possible.

The keys are handed over personally on site.
Longer stays are possible after arrangement.
Pets are not allowed.

Payment is made on site in cash.
A prepayment of 50% can be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 30% of the total price.
