In our house you can expect a spacious 120sqm vacation apartment in wood stand construction. The apartment is accessible via its own external staircase and is located on the 1st floor. The special feature of the apartment is the magnificent lake and mountain view from the covered, large balcony / loggia.Attention! Currently there is a construction site near our house, so there may be some noise!

The cozy vacation apartment with separate entrance is located near the Chiemsee and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It has a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with two single beds) and a bathroom and thus offers space for 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, cable TV with DVD player, a washing machine, a children's high chair and children's books. For children, there are also plenty of videotapes with a VCR and toys or a baby crib on request. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the large and covered balcony while enjoying the impressive view. Bicycles can be stored and locked under cover. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price.The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute drive (2.8 km) and the nearest bar is a 7-minute drive (6.2 km) away.
