The former rural property was completely renovated in 2016 and has since been converted into four separate vacation apartments. The quiet location in the middle of the golf course Chieming, surrounded by forests, biotopes and several ponds, ensures a relaxing stay.Directly in front of the apartments, a separately landscaped garden with covered outdoor seating allows relaxation also directly on site.Those who want to be "active" can enjoy hiking and biking, as well as the impressive 18-hole golf championship course.Brand new on our property is the "Golfakademie GmbH", which offers ongoing golf courses for beginners and advanced.Our house guests are also welcome to use the club pub of the golf club, which is located at the back of the property. Whether in the vaulted restaurant or in fine weather on the sunny terrace, our gastronomy is happy to welcome all guests.

At the beginning of 2020, the new 2-room apartment "Marina" was completed on the 1st floor of the property. In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, kettle and toaster in addition to the usual kitchen utensils, including stove and refrigerator. The bathroom with shower contains hand/bath towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated in this vacation apartment. You are welcome to book the vacation apartment Amalie, Elisabeth or Katharina in our house with your family.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 1,00 EUR per person/night for persons over 16 years of age. Children from the age of 6 to the age of 16: 0,50 EUR. Children up to 6 years: 0,00 EUR.
Terms of payment: With the booking please transfer a deposit of 20% to the following account: DE 52 7105 2050 0000 8490 75. Please indicate name and booking number as reason for payment. The remaining amount is either to be transferred one week before the beginning of the vacation, or to be paid in cash at the host upon arrival. Long-term rentals: Out of season please inquire.
