In the middle of the vacation region of Chiemsee, our vacation apartment renovated in the spring of 2020 is waiting for you. Knesing a beautiful spot of earth surrounded by meadows and forests is only 6 km from the beautiful Chiemsee. There you will find our tastefully furnished vacation apartment with 50 sqm, ideal for 2 people. Suitable starting point for bike tours, hikes and golf (golf course Hart only 1 km away).The light-flooded rooms are located on the second floor which you reach via a separate entrance. You can expect an apartment with new wooden parquet floors, matched to the complete furnishings. For a pleasant indoor climate on colder days, the floor heating is available in all rooms. A lockable room for your bicycles round off the offer.Our apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The distance to the nearest bakery and supermarket is 4 km. In the surrounding villages are numerous eateries, cafes and ice cream parlors that you can also easily reach by bike. To the Chiemseestrand and to the Alzbad to Truchtlaching it is approx. 10 min. The district town Traunstein with shopping possibility is 12 km away, to Salzburg it is 40 km and to Munich 100 km.

Our open kitchen-living room invites you to cook, eat and chat. It has a spacious cooking-dining area that flows into the TV corner. The kitchenette is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle. In the TV corner you will find a couch with sleep function,a flat screen TV and a reading lamp. The bright bathroom impresses with its rain shower and the washbasin made of real wood.WC, washing machine, towel dryer, hairdryer and towels are available in the spacious bathroom. Gentle and restful sleep you will spend in a white romantic double bed in a simple design, the friendly and warm style has a calming effect. For the accommodation of your clothes serves a 2-door closet made of wood. To darken the premises, there are color-coordinated curtains in each room, bed linen is also available for you. Relax on the beautiful balcony which is accessible via the living and sleeping areas. Use the seating area for a nice breakfast and enjoy the view of the local mountains on the loungers.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 1,00 EUR per
person/night for persons over 16 years of age. Children from the age of 6
