Description

The holiday house is between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei fjord near Kappeln, in a quiet little village, at the end of a cul-de-sac. All around the house there is a big lawn of around 600m², suitable for all kinds of games. It also has a frame with two swings for children. You can enjoy reading undisturbed in a canopy beach chair. A garden grill, a parasol, garden chairs, a garden table and loungers are provided. The west side of the side is partly shaded by trees in the afternoon. The site is not fenced in the entrance area, but can be easily closed off. The Danish holiday house was built in 1995 and provides around 60m² of living space. All the rooms have white tiles. The rooms are functionally furnished and comprise a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, an alcove with a bed for one person (small room with a bed and bedside table), a living room with beds for two people, a dining corner with a big dining table and satellite TV, a radio, a CD/DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The house and garden are child-friendly. The house can be used in winter, as there are electric radiators in every room. The fireplace stove in the middle of the living room makes it really cosy and it is very easy to use. The nearest restaurant is about three kilometres away and it is about 4km to the sea. There are bakeries about 3km away. Aldi, Lidl etc. are about 7km away. A washing machine, a telephone, wireless Internet access, a cot and a highchair are provided.
