New offer: Historic Farmhouse on Ammersee near Munich and Neuschwanstein / Bavaria The elaborately renovated, listed farmhouse "Gut Stohrerhof" in Riederau am Ammersee (BJ 1770) with 260 sqm living space is the jewel for the guest with a sense of something special. With its 10 rooms, 4 fireplaces, a 1000 sqm garden, its historic chapel and many extras you do not miss anything. Jetty, beach and of course the Ammersee are within walking distance 10 minutes from the farm. 3 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door. Of course, we do not want to forget the more than 1,000 square meters large, especially beautiful farm garden with mature trees, many flowers and the two large terraces, which you can directly reach from the kitchen. Of course, a professional gas grill is available to entertain your friends. The eye-catcher is our Traidkasten from the year 1695, as well as the Asian beach chairs in the garden area. Seating is available in three different places for 12 people in the garden or on the terraces. The large umbrellas protect you when necessary from the hot sun, the whole day the large area happy (as long as clouds do not obscure the sun). Even if you stand in front of this stately estate of Riederau and open the beautiful historic front door, you get the feeling to have arrived at a special place. Here one senses directly that modernity and the past were carefully and convincingly linked. The spacious hall (22 sqm) on the ground floor with direct and indirect lighting and central smoke detectors and USM Haller shelves provides direct access to all rooms. In addition to the bright wardrobe (5 sqm) with a shoeshine machine you can directly into the historic farmhouse parlor (28 sqm) with their beautiful basic oven, a jukebox and games and a large table, which was created from the ancient planks of the living room floor. All furniture has been lovingly designed by outstanding carpenters. The chairs were individually made especially for this room high quality, individually manufactured. In this house we have left nothing to chance. We have paid special attention to the historical demolition of this room with its old wooden ceiling and the original farm door from the 18th century. Directly to the room is the modern and fully equipped joiner's kitchen (20 sqm), with high quality kitchen appliances. In addition to the dishwasher, the oven, a ceramic hob, the fridge-freezer, you will find of course a coffee machine for coffee and espresso beans, raclette grill for 12 people, toaster, electric citrus press, kettle and a bread maker. The dishes, glasses and cutlery is provided for up to 12 people in sufficient quantities. Next to the kitchen you enter the lounge (21 sqm) with another fireplace and an open and indirectly lit bar for the special wine or champagne. Let yourself fall in the cozy room for the most beautiful hours of the day. Different light scenes are already programmed and can be called up directly via the switches. And those who like it quite simply just use the base lighting, which incidentally can also be used throughout the house as an option. Also from the spacious hall you reach one of the bedrooms (30 sqm) with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00) with direct access to the large 1,000 sqm garden. This is followed by the tasteful bathroom (8 sqm) with underfloor heating and towel dryer, which is tiled with the highest quality Canadian green slate on. In addition to the shower with Dornbracht fittings, the exclusive onyx washbasin impresses. Of course, high quality towels are available for each guest. On the ground floor you can also use the washing machine and dryer, if the holiday wardrobe you bring along should go out. The washing machine cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaners, brooms, and a ladder are available. We keep a room on the ground floor locked because we have our administration office here. The historic wooden staircase leads directly into the stately upper floor with another four rooms. The light-flooded corridor provides direct access to the beautiful and bright living room (28 sqm) with two high-quality and comfortable leather sofas and timeless USM-Haller shelves. In addition to the high-quality music system (Bluetooth-capable to connect any smartphone or tablet) with impressive designer boxes is of course also a high-quality record player and a CD changer with an extensive CD collection and board games available. We would be very much attached to you if our generosity could also be experienced by subsequent guests and if the system and CDs are not unnecessarily decimated. The fireplace in this room invites you to many cozy hours with a cozy glass of wine. Firewood is provided in sufficient quantity directly at the house. Alternatively, you can enjoy the television program of the day in this room via the large flat screen. The three other rooms upstairs are the dressing room (20 sqm) with trouser press, a bedroom (21 sqm) with king size bed (1.60 x 2.00), and the 30 sqm bathroom (heated floor, towel dryer) with shower, bathtub, fireplace and a walk-in toilet with bidet.
