Description

This cosy apartment is 66 square metres in size and is situated in an apartment building, centrally located in the holiday village of Dorum Neufeld. It was only completely fitted out in 2013. You will feel at home in the holiday apartment on the upper floor as there are therefore no residents above. The bedrooms are on the second level within the apartment - so children can also occasionally make some noise. The apartment is ideal for families, for four people and a baby, or for a comfortable holiday for two. The first level of the apartment has an entrance with a hall and a coat rack, plus the bathroom, the living / dining area with an open kitchen and the balcony. The staircase leads up from this floor to the two spacious bedrooms - one with a reading corner in the dormer in front of the panoramic window. The living room has a dining area and is equipped with sturdy furniture, a comfortable sofa for four people, an armchair for reading (or watching television), a 32” flat screen TV, and a micro stereo system. Since the numerous TV stations unfortunately do not have the best reception, you will find a BluRay / DVD player here so you can watch your favourite films in good picture quality. The sofa directly in front of the large, three-casement window invites you to spend the daylight hours reading here until the evening comes. The dining area can be rearranged by variable adjusting the furniture to the respective number of inhabitants. A high chair is available for small children (Trip-Trap brand). The kitchen is so well-equipped that you can easily prepare a 3-course menu and leave the washing-up to the dishwasher. This new, modern fitted kitchen is fully fitted with a four-ring Ceran hob, a fan oven with a grill, dishwasher, microwave, a coffee-pod machine, kettle and all the essential kitchen utensils down to the knife block. The bathroom is made of marble and granite, and has a shower cubicle with an adjustable thermostat. A spacious bathroom cupboard and a cabinet under the wash basin offer plenty of space for your personal bathroom items. There are also sufficient facilities for you to hang your towels. Dirty washing can be collected in the laundry basket, which you can then wash in the coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. The two spacious and cosy bedrooms are located on the attic floor. They are accessed from the living room via the staircase and are self-contained. The windows in both bedrooms consist of cosy and romantic roof windows that are equipped with the manufacturer’s blinds, so you can completely darken the room. The larger bedroom has a double bed with an adjustable slatted frame and latex mattresses, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a book shelf with books and party games, a spacious wardrobe and two chairs. In front of the panoramic roof window is a cosy reading corner, which invites you to retreat here. The second bedroom has two (2m x 0.9m) single beds, plus two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a spacious bedroom cupboard. The solid and sturdy pine table can be expanded with two oval plates, and, with the two accompanying chairs, is ideal for games, painting, writing, or even work. There is a child’s travel bed (Hauck brand) available for small children. Your children can play here freely or work can be done here in peace. Both bedrooms are located under the roof. The rooms have a very homely and cosy character due to the pastel-coloured curtains, the sloping roof ceilings and solid wood furnishings. You can enjoy the sun together with the beautiful view on the stable and comfortable terrace furniture on the balcony, from first thing in the morning while having breakfast until the afternoon. In good weather, you can dry your towels on the apartment’s own clothes horse on the balcony. You can store your own bikes in the lockable bike shed, if there is still space for it (overcrowded in the season). Otherwise you can park the bicycles next to the shed or at the end of the path in the bike rack. The apartment has been furnished to make it suitable for children, with a baby’s travel bed and an adjustable high chair. Both are available in the apartment without advance reservation and you can use them free of charge during your stay. Please pack up the baby’s bed again and put the furnishings back into place afterwards. You will be staying in a cosy, newly-furnished apartment, which invites you to unwind, read, relax, play games or watch TV. There is enough space here to be able to occasionally retreat on your own or à deux. For your security, child safety devices have been installed on all electric sockets in recent months, and a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit have been acquired. Further facilities include a vacuum cleaner as well as an iron and ironing board. The following places can be easily reached from the apartment within 300-500 metres on foot: the Kutterhafen (harbour), the beach promenade, the grass beach, all the restaurants, the breakfast bakery, bike rental, tourist information office, the historic lighthouse, the Watt Museum, the children's play house and, in summer, the fantastic new swimming pool "Wattn Bad" with an outdoor and indoor area and free access to the beach! There is a wave pool outdoors, a warm pool to relax in, and an indoor pool. The indoor pool is also open from 15th September onwards - through the winter months. Everything can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Please note that we need at least three days to process bookings relating to the spa, in order to send you the spa documents. Unfortunately, bookings at short notice, from one day to the next, are therefore not possible.
