Our horse farm is located in Mühlthal near Edling close to Wasserburg am Inn, a picturesque Bavarian small town with an almost Italian flair in the district of Rosenheim. Nestled in a gently rolling landscape with forests and lush meadows, our holiday farm is an ideal place for anyone who wants to be close to the mountains. Especially for your children, we have set up a little paradise where they can engage in almost all the activities typical of a farm holiday.Riding in the indoor riding arena (Mon-Fri by arrangement), on the sandy field or in the countryside, romping around the heated pool (May-September), the farm's own lake, on the trampoline, in the billiard room, at the foosball table and the playground with the many riding devices.... it never gets boring.

This flat has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds in the children's room, a bathroom with shower/WC, a guest WC, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, TV and a covered table on the terrace for sitting outside. This flat is located on the 1st floor.

Free WLAN, bread roll service, heated swimming pool (from May to September), own bathing lake, indoor riding arena (riding lessons Mon-Fri by arrangement), not bookable for less than 5 days.
