Our horse farm is located in Mühlthal near Edling close to Wasserburg am Inn, a picturesque Bavarian small town with an almost Italian flair in the district of Rosenheim. Nestled in a gently rolling landscape with forests and lush meadows, our holiday farm is an ideal place for anyone who wants to be close to the mountains. Especially for your children, we have set up a little paradise where they can engage in almost all the activities typical of a farm holiday.Riding in the indoor riding arena (Mon-Fri by arrangement), on the sandy field or in the countryside, romping around the heated pool (May-September), the farm's own lake, on the trampoline, in the billiard room, at the foosball table and the playground with the many riding devices.... it never gets boring.

This flat has a master bedroom with double bed, a children's bedroom with two single beds and a couch (could be used as a sofa bed), a bathroom with shower/WC, a kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, a corner bench with TV and a balcony.It is located on the 1st floor in the main house by the swimming pool.

Free WLAN, bread roll service, heated swimming pool (from May to September), own bathing lake, indoor riding arena (riding lessons Mon-Fri by arrangement), not bookable for less than 5 days.
