Mrs. Hofmann's house is located in a quiet side street, in an idyllic residential area. The centre of the village, restaurants, beer gardens and shops are only a few metres away on foot. The lake district, as well as cycling and hiking trails, are also just a few minutes' walk away. The only holiday flat in the house is on the first floor and is comfortably furnished.

The holiday flat with upscale furnishings is located on the first floor of a well-kept private house and has 77 sqm. The spacious south-facing balcony has a seating area. The equally spacious living room has a dining area, sofas, TV and tiled stove. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Small storage room. The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and bathtub. It is ideal for two people to enjoy a relaxed and quiet holiday. However, the flat can also be booked for 4 people, as there is a separate room with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower and WC. Of course you can use our WLAN.

Conditions and extras
Bed and table linen are provided. A car parking space is available. Guests can use the in-house sauna on request. Non-smokers welcome!
