Description
Our farmhouse is located in the district of Meisham. The farm is purely a residential house and is no longer farmed. It is only a few metres to the cycling and hiking trails. It is idyllic and quiet here, with very little traffic. The centre of Eggstätt is only about 3 minutes away by car. The Hartsee with its bathing area is on the way. There you can cycle, hike, swim and fish.The beautiful flat on the upper floor offers enough space for four to five people. A large bedroom and a living/bedroom, with bed and cosy sitting area each have access to the balcony. The kitchen is also a separate room with a cosy dining area. In addition to crockery, pans and pots, it has also been equipped with a dishwasher. From the kitchen you can step out onto the balcony. The toilet is also separate and the spacious bathroom has a double washbasin, shower and tub. The large central hallway is a great place to play when the weather is not so nice.
The attic flat is very spacious, bright and friendly cut and furnished. You reach the flat via a separate external staircase and enter a large hallway. From here you go into a comfortable bedroom with the first double bed and a cot, as well as a large wardrobe and into a living/bedroom with the second double bed, wardrobe, TV and cosy sitting area with sofa. Both rooms have access to the balcony. The separate kitchen also has access to the balcony. It is equipped with a corner bench and dining table, as well as a built-in kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. Bed linen, dry towels and towels are available. The bright (daylight), friendly and modern bathroom offers plenty of space with a tub, shower and two washstands. The WC is separate.
