Welcome to the house of the Scheck family, welcome to the beautiful Chiemgau.Our house is located in a quiet side street. There are mainly residential houses in the vicinity and it is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to the Hartsee. You don't need a car to get to the centre of town, the nearest bus stop, the bakery or the beer garden, because everything is within a 2-minute walk. So you can leave your car at home more often.In Eggstätt you will find everything you need for your daily needs and you are usually only a few metres away from the open countryside, the bathing lake or the next cycle path. Explore the beautiful Chiemgau, the Eggstätter Seenplatte and the great excursion destinations around Lake Chiemsee.

The 60 sqm holiday flat "Elisabeth" is located on the first floor and can be reached via its own staircase, which guarantees your privacy.The flat is equipped with light tiled floors, only in the bedroom we have laid a chic laminate floor because it is foot warmer.The first room that awaits you is also the largest, namely the living room. All rooms have been furnished with discreet, modern furniture. This is also the case here, where we have placed particular emphasis on a very large corner sofa. This can be pulled out and covered with a duvet, and can also be used as an additional bed for an adult person.A large flat-screen TV with cable connection, a Blue-Ray-DVD player and a new stereo system (adapter for mobile phones) provide entertainment. We have also provided some books and games for you. A highlight is the beautiful fireplace for cool nights or cosy evenings for two.The adjoining kitchen is also bright and friendly and has two windows. A large dining table offers comfortable space for up to 5 people to eat and "chat". The kitchen is well equipped with fridge (3***TK compartment), microwave, ceramic hob and oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as generous crockery, pots, pans and cutlery.To make your stay even more comfortable, we have equipped the kitchen with the most common spices, vinegar and oil, as well as washing-up liquid, kitchen rolls and tea towels, so that you do not have to bring them with you or even buy them.In the bright bathroom, we provide you with cosy bath and hand towels, Kleenex, soap and toilet paper. The bathroom has a view-protected window, WC, washstand, mirror and a bathtub with a glass partition for showering. A bath seat makes showering even easier.In the bedroom, everything is designed for peace and harmony. A modern wardrobe and plenty of storage space offer space, the new double bed with cold foam mattresses (suitable for allergy sufferers) a restful sleep. The skylight can be darkened and the second window is equipped with an insect screen so that it can be left open at night.In the additional storage room you can store your belongings. Here you also have some cleaning utensils and a hoover at your disposal.The flat is equipped with modern underfloor heating, which makes a stay pleasant in any season.At the entrance of the flat, the staircase extends to the balcony, which has been equipped with a small dining area. Here you can sit comfortably, have a snack or simply end the day.
