The Huberhof in Meisham is a former farm and is idyllically and quietly located about 2 km north of Eggstätt. Cycling and hiking trails start at the front door. The Hartsee lake with its leisure and bathing area is a 25-minute walk away. From a beautiful south-facing balcony you have an unobstructed view all the way to the forest and can also see a small section of the Chiemgau Alps. The farm is no longer farmed and serves purely as a residential building. A parking space is available in the courtyard. There is a lockable storage space for the bicycles you bring with you.

One thing you definitely don't have to do without in this holiday flat is space. On 94 sqm you can feel comfortable all around. The flat in the Huberhof is accessed via a separate entrance on the first floor. The flat has just been freshly renovated. Live in a typical Chiemgau farmhouse. Everything is very bright and friendly furnished, partly with old farmhouse cupboards and real wood furniture. The long hallway houses an extensive collection of books, where you are sure to find suitable reading material and also many cookery books from all over the world. A beautiful bedroom with many windows and a large double bed is ready for sweet dreams. A modern bathroom with shower tray, toilet and washstand has just been newly installed and is decorated in bright friendly colours. The kitchen is a separate room but connects to the living room. The fresh cream kitchen is very inviting and well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, sink and all accessories. There is also a small supply of common condiments such as salt and pepper, vinegar and oil. A charming little seating area for two invites you to enjoy your first morning coffee. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which can also be used as a bed), an armchair and a separate dining area. TV and compact stereo complete the living pleasure. Towels and bed linen are provided. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
