Our guesthouse is wonderfully quiet, nestled in the middle of an idyllic garden, in the heart of Eggstätt. You will be able to relax wonderfully here, because no traffic noise disturbs the soothing silence. There are three holiday flats in our house, which is furnished in Bavarian style. The two flats on the second floor leave nothing to be desired and are lovingly decorated in Bavarian style. All flats have a balcony. Of course, you can also use our large sunny lawn and the children can pass the time on the playground. The Gasthof Unterwirt is located in the immediate vicinity, so that you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet (for a fee). Shops, banks and other restaurants, as well as the nature reserve with the Hartsee, are also within walking distance. You will find a smallfrom which you first enter the very bright, spacious kitchen.This is kept in the country house style and is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with three-star fridge,microwave, fridge with three-star freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle and coffeeand coffee machine, as well as plenty of crockery for cooking and eating,no wish is left unfulfilled. A dishwasher is of course also available. A cosy corner bench with table invites you to have a snack together. Continue into the huge living room. Bavarian cosiness awaits you here with a rustic fireplace. A seating area with a large TV and an oriel dining area invite you to linger, as does a massage chair. Here we provide you with a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people as the first sleeping option. The highlight of the living room is certainly the surrounding terrace, where you can enjoy the morning sun as well as the warming rays of the sun in the evening. You also have an uninterrupted view of the spacious garden with the Eggstätt maypole in the background. The next room is also spacious: the bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe. In this room you also have access to theaccess to the terrace. In a second bedroom there are two single beds - ideal for children as well. The next room that awaits you is the bright bathroom with window. An extra shower, bathtub and washbasin, as well as plenty of space invite you to relax. The separate WC is right next door. Of course, we provide you with sufficient bed linen. With so much space, your family holiday is guaranteed to be relaxing! Free Wi-Fi is available.
